JC Penney Teaches Me How to Stand In Line


Monday February 18th
Today was the day the replacement iphone was supposed to catchup with us.  I called Verizon for the tracking number for the package; they were supposed to email us the tracking number as soon as it was shipped, but we never got it so we were unsure if it had been shipped.  Yes, it had been shipped and yes it was received at the Fedex address that I had given them.  So I drove over and picked it up.  That part was easy, but now we have to figure out how to download all of Cathey's contact information onto the new phone from the icloud; that could take awhile.
Next stop was to return some stuff to JCPenney that I had purchased in Roseville last week.  That turned into a problem because when I went to the Customer Service Desk, I was always standing in the wrong place.  They had little signs that said "Customer Service Line Begins Here" and I never saw the sign until I was at the third desk.  The store was extra busy because it was a holiday and the kids were off from school.  
There is a cold front moving in tomorrow which will bring snow to the mountains.  I think we will leave here tomorrow and go to Bakersfield.
