Tuesday March 13th
We were supposed to go to Prescott today to visit Jeanne Nigh’s sister, Dorrie, but Cathey wasn’t feeling too good today so we were going to do laundry and get haircuts. I checked out the Laundromat and it was pretty busy so I went for a drive to find the local grocery stores and possibly haircut places. The first thing I did was get lost when I came to a freeway that I wasn’t expecting, and then made turns thinking it was a freeway that ran in a different direction. I discovered where two grocery stores were and two small strip malls. Then I went N a ways and found a big shopping center at Happy Valley Road and I-17. During the course of all this I stopped for lunch at a place called the Greek Patio; I had forgotten how much I liked Greek food!
When Cathey was feeling better we did go and get our haircuts but we never quite worked up to the laundry.
